Meet The Team

Hello everyone! 

For anyone new here, I am Alexis K. Paz! I am one of Santa Clarita’s REALTORS at Coldwell Banker Quality Properties. I have graduated with my Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Citrus Community College and have also graduated with both my Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Business Administration from CSU Stanislaus. I am currently attending Liberty University where I will be graduating with my Doctorate in Business Administration in December of 2024. Upon graduation, I will be continuing to focus my energy in developing the largest real estate company in the world that facilitates the success of many real estate ventures and careers. Later this year I will be taking the Real Estate Broker's Exam so that I may extend my knowledge and expertise within such a competitive industry. I have been involved in the real estate industry my entire life and also have experience in various sports such as baseball, soccer, water polo, swim, football, and many others. I played collegiate baseball for 4 years at 3 different collegiate institutions and have recently transitioned my energy into golf! Being a REALTOR has been a dream of mine ever since I was a young teenager and I must say I am very grateful to be pursuing that dream. My name is Aimee Gragg and I am the CMO/Social Media Expert for AP Partners and Estates! I graduated with an Associates in Marketing from College of the Canyons and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Entrepreneurship from Grand Canyon University. I recently graduated with my Masters of Business Administration in Real Estate Development from Liberty University. I love serving the City of Santa Clarita and being involved within the community. I love being a Realtor and being able to assist Individuals in the purchase/sale of their home.
